Realistic Head Simulation

We don't test flat fabric. We test 3D Structures.

According to the standard, we use a Semi-Spherical Test Bench (Radius 67.5mm) that mimics the curve of a human head. This ensures the test reflects real-world wearing conditions.

The Protocol:

Pressure Drop: 100 Pa (Simulating gentle breeze/movement)
Coverage: Full cap mapping (Top, Sides, Back)
Stability: Flow rate measured after stabilization (1 min)
