Refund / Exchange Requests:
Time Frame: You must contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to initiate a refund or exchange request.
Eligibility Criteria:
Condition: The hair must be unused—not installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way that could affect resale.
Original Bundling: The hair must remain in its original bundle and must not be untied at the top. Packaging: The hair must be returned in its original packaging.
Custom Orders:
Note: Custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Information:
Unauthorized Returns: Do not send returns without prior authorization. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with returns or exchanges. Return shipping must be paid for, and the cost of reshipping an exchange will also be at the customer's expense.
Shipping Recommendations: We highly recommend using a shipping service with signature confirmation and/or insurance to safeguard your package. Returns must be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Other shipping methods may not be able to deliver to China.
